  • The Introspective Love Work Spiritual Coaching System 

    The Introspective Love work that I’ve been practicing and now facilitating is truly bringing about what would seem like miraculous results in my life.

    The way many of us women in the diaspora are “set up” does not naturally or easily inspire success in love.

    Between the effects of Post Traumatic Slavery Disorder and the subsequent Internal strife within/ among our own families and tribes it’s no wonder our insides are in pieces.

    It’s not enough to just expect “Spirit” to help us because we have to 1.) know how to wisely use the circumstances that Spirit orchestrates for us and 2.) Need to have the Self Mastery to hold the Bliss that Spirit makes available to us and not erode it with our trauma responses.

    We must necessarily embark upon the Inner Work that helps us keep our end of the deal.

    The Sistahs I’m working with are experiencing that in the absence of the usual fear based behaviors and habits, LOVE is just present.

    We don’t have to make things we want happen, we just have to make the things we want welcome. 💛

  • The Importance of a Personalized Spiritual Practice

    I recommend that my students/clients establish a personal Spiritual Practice of their own complete with an Ancestral Alter. It has been my devotion to offer a program, a system to fulfill on this. This Introspective Love Work System includes, at its core, One on One Guided Introspection (Astrology & Love Technology), Ori (Inner Yogini Activation) and Ancestral work. I have just added weekly coaching calls to support you on your journey!

     

    Upon completion of the Core Program and Assessment you may take Sacred Mysticism classes to enrich your personal Spiritual practice . All in All this system will help form the basis of the information each will draw from to establish a practice that meets ones specific needs as well as a processes toward Spiritual Realization and Awakening and form the fundamental basis for your personal Spiritual Practice. This will make interacting with and discerning about any other systems or Divinities more clear and hence more useful.
