Pregnancy, Birth and Inner Work

Honoring Yourself and choosing the best Companions as you plan for a Blissful Birth!

· Spirituality,Wellness,Birthwork

THIS CANNOT BE OVERSTATED.

In your Birth you DO NOT want (nor will you be able) to be thinking of ANY OTHER PERSONS NEEDS.

YOU ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO MANAGE OTHER’S FRAGILE EGOS AND FEELINGS.

IF SOMEONE IS NEEDY OF YOUR APPROVAL AND INSECURE, THEY WILL LIKELY GET HURT FEELINGS DURING YOUR BIRTHING PROCESS.

Birthworkers can and will do their part to prepare you and your chosen birth companions but they (alone) CANNOT REPAIR years of damaged trust and affinity.

Planning your Birth is a great time to assess the kinds of relationships you have been a part of and maybe even what roles you’ve played in them.

With my #InnerLoveWork process, I guide my #DoulaMamas on a path to #SelfDiscovery that helps smooth out their #InnerLandscape and the relationships of their lives 🌸

Your #Pregnancy and #BirthJourney is an #Initiation and opportunity for #DeepHealing 🥰

I honor the #StolenLegacy of the Granny Midwives who are the Indigenous Black Birthworkers of North So called America who were targeted and decommissioned only for their work and practices to have been used as the foundation for Gynecology (maybe even Medicine 🤔) and Birthwork as we know it.

I also honor the work of @queenafua as the contemporary Champion of the modern resurgence of Womb Wisdom and Womb Wellness 🌸
